Open copyright issue.
some discussion on how best to have Google or other search turn up the copyright message first. No resolution; some ideas.
CERN is using Creative Commons copyright (CCC). By vote, everyone is in favour of using CCC.
IEEE conferences still show copyright symbol and a price at the bottom of each page. No one knows what this means in the context of free downloads from JACoW.
SPMS and JACoW now going well; underappreciated by the community.
But sustainability is NOT assured.
IPhone and IPad apps used at PAC11 were very handy. [There was a complaint at IPAC11 (here) that there was no book of abstracts. Christine explains how to use the My_Schedule feature.]
YongHo Chin – Linac'10
305 posters; 17 papers not received.

USE SPMS FROM THE BEGINNING; not just for publication, as was done at Cyc'10; this is the reason Cyc'10 proceedings delayed.
Need at least 4 editors.
Some conferences have all papers refereed. This was added to SPMS, but it's buggy.
HIAT09: webpage was all Indico; good technique for small conferences.
HIAT12 is at ANL
ICFA workshops: Need to impress on invitees that they are obliged to write a paper.
