Nonlinear beam dynamics code: LieMath

Purpose: create and analyze high-order accelerator maps

Features:

• Truncated Power Series Algebra (TPSA) similar to COSY Infinity and MaryLie, but less powerful;
• third and forth order order maps including Normal form
• interface with MAD (Parser) as of middle 2005
• optimization module as of late 2005

Potential applications:

General design and optimization of optics for beam-lines or rings (LHC, FFAGs, Linear Collider damping ring and interaction region).
